A short film combining hand-drawn animation and handmade diorama sets, about a community of tiny subterranean creatures who maintain a symbiotic relationship with the human world above. Their existence is thrown into turmoil when the shop they live beneath suddenly becomes vacant, cutting them off from the discarded everyday objects on which their society depends. As the situation above worsens, panic spreads below. The film is an homage to all things small and forgotten, and a personal passion project currently in development.
