The Cat and The Bird
Fill in Artist for the beautifully painterly film by David Shen Miller the Cat and the Bird:
In a quiet, frozen apartment, a small gray cat spends his days watching envelopes pile up beneath a mail slot for an owner who never returns.
His only company: a tattered, squeaky bird toy.
But when a real bird (a vibrant, red cardinal) lands on his windowsill, the cat’s world shifts. He is desperate for a friend. But she is terrified of becoming a meal.
To find companionship, the cat must prove he is more than his claws and the bird must decide if the risk of trust is worth more than the safety of isolation.
